Thanks to the adequately selected personnel, we may maintain and consolidate our position of the leading producer of ladies’ lingerie in Poland. Thanks to the personnel, the SAMANTA company accomplishes its mission and  realizes its goals.

An important asset, which is undoubtedly the constituent of the company’s success is the Board having the vision of the company’s development directed to success. This vision is shared and realized by our team, formed by the group of people, who beside common goals are united by loyalty and respect towards each other as well as balance and respect of private life.

From the beginning of its existence the company has been managed by its founders and proprietors:
Czesława Listwan and Elżbieta Adamek.

The heart of the company is the Artistic Department. Here come into existence the unique designs of Samanta lingerie, which are the source of our competing advantage. The department is managed by Marzena Listwan.

Currently the company employs 161 persons. The prevailing part of the team, because as much as 91% are women, mostly young mothers, who realise themselves with equal passion in the family and professional world.
